The artistic glass working represents a characteristic activity of the Veneto. Unlike the tradition of Murano glass (Venice), its peculiarity consists in the processing of the borosilicate glass tube, modeled by the craftsman with the torch torch technique until it takes on any type of shape. Even the luster or brush coloring is done by hand and then fixed in the oven at 600 ° C. Borosilicate glass has the characteristic of being very transparent, robust and of excellent resistance to temperature changes. Any imperfections do not constitute a defect, but guarantee the uniqueness and craftsmanship of the object.
