 The first pot is a normal pot for boiling water while the second is a surface with a perforated bottom all in 18/10 stainless steel positioned on the first pot, where the foods are placed which will be cooked thanks to the water vapor released by the water and held by the transparent lid. Two steel separators are included which allow you to cook two different foods at the same time.
